More than just managing your health when your unwell, being healthy is about prevention through creating a new way of living: Eating well, living with passion, exercising for pleasure, and understanding the value and impact that all of these things can have on your life.

I truly believe that nature gave us powerful medicine in the food we eat and it is my passion to help others experience the benefit that good nutrition has to offer.

Nutritional therapy can improve overall health and help support a range of conditions that include mood, fatigue, digestive issues, skin, menstrual and menopausal issues, aches and pains and more.

It is not a silver bullet approach but rather a process by which we seek to find and address the root cause of imbalance.

At the heart of what I do is a focus on personalised recommendations for your diet and lifestyle to help you achieve your desired goal.

Ruth's passion and knowledge for nutrition is inspirational. She not only helped me to discover my sons food intolerances but she helped me to achieve changing our diets! Which made such a difference as I found it so daunting!

The help Ruth has given me has been invaluable. MY PROCESS

Everyone is different and as such theres no one solution that fits everyone, but below you will find a basic outline of the steps involved in starting to get you back on track and on the road to achieving your health and wellness goals.

HISTORY &
FOOD DIARY

Prior to your consultation, you will be asked to fill out a health questionnaire and a food diary, this helps me get a full picture of where you are at with your diet and any history of illness that could be relevant to your health goals.

INITIAL
CONSULTATION

A relaxed discussion, allowing you to express any concerns, ask any questions and receive advice. Diet and lifestyle changes will be discussed to suit your individual goals and lifestyle. Occasionally, supplements and diagnostic testing may be recommended.

CHECK-INS &
FOLLOW UPS

It is then advised that a follow up consultation is made within 4-6 weeks to asses progress and make tweaks to the plan, You may choose to only have a few consultations or may choose ongoing support, the choice is always yours, it is your journey.
